You've got to love folks with a look like this. Creative Arts is probably the (or one of the) most "powerful" talent agencies in the world yet look at their website.
In this day and age, it is a sign of real power if this is all you need. Of course if you represent Cameron Diaz, Nicole Kidman, Sandra Bullock, Renee Zellweger, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Julia Roberts (who made news when she defected from rival ICM in 2003). Other heavy-hitting clients include actors Tom Cruise and Tom Hanks, musicians Sting and Bruce Springsteen, why do you need a website at all :-)
A great example of someone so powerful they don't need to promote in the conventional sense.
Their arch-rival is of course ICM who takes a more traditional approach to the web. I love it overall.
